2018 NewSong Showcase Winner!

I won my first composition award today! “Lightness of Being” won the “Instrumental” category of the New Song Showcase at the 2018 Walnut Valley Festival in Kansas, and I even got to perform it today! This is the first track on my first album and will always have a special place in my heart. I can only hope that it brings a sliver of light and joy into other people’s lives, too.
